Pertinently, to safeguard investors' interests amid all such glitches, Sebi launched the Investor Risk Reduction Access platform in November. As per the BSE release, the platform is set to revolutionise the investor experience by addressing potential risks arising from technical glitches at trading member ends.
Last, the company in November faced a glitch wherein its customers weren't able to view the details in respect of the executed orders in their order book.
The technical glitch is faced by the broker at a time when Indian equities have notched a new high on BJP's landslide victory in 3 state assembly elections and encouraging GDP numbers.
