Wipro Dividend 2023, Record Date, Wipro Q3 Results 2023 Date and Time: IT major Wipro has announced to pay an interim dividend to its investors. The company made this announcement while releasing its Q3 results on Friday, January 13.

Wipro Dividend Amount

Wipro announced an interim dividend of Rs 1 to its investors for each share having a face value of Rs 2 each for the Financial Year 2022-23.  

Wipro Dividend 2023 Ex Date, Record Date

Wipro shares will trade ex-date a day prior to its record date. According to information available on NSE website, Wipro shares will trade ex date on January 24. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Rs 1 dividend amount is January 25, 2023.

Wipro Dividend Payment Date

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date shall be February 10, 2023.

"Payment of interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of par value Rs. 2/- each to the Members of the Company as on January 25, 2023, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before February 10, 2023," the company said in filing.

Wipro Q3 Results

Wipro reported a 14.8 per cent sequential jump in net profit to Rs 3052.9 crore for the October-December period, beating analysts' estimates. Bengaluru-based Wipro -- the country's fourth largest IT firm after TCS, Infosys and HCL Tech -- reported growth of 3.1 per cent in quarterly revenue to Rs 23,229 crore compared with the previous three months.
