Analyst Vikas Sethi’s first stock was a PSU stock from the metal sector. He picked   

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI). This company makes special alloys and its products are used in the defense sector.

This stock was trading around Rs 218 at the time of the recommendation. The stock has been seeing a consolidation for quite some time at it gave a breakout today. This stock will benefit from the government’s focus on defense and also on ‘Make in India’. The fundamentals are quite strong he said.

He puts the target price at Rs 230-235 and the stop loss at Rs 210.  

Top Stocks To Buy: NMDC       

Another stock picked by him was also from the PSU segment. He picked NMDC F&O stock. This stock was trading around Rs 187 at the time of recommendation. He called it a very strong company.  

He expects a strong quarterly result in this stock. He puts the target price at Rs 200 while the stop loss at Rs 180.
