TCS Dividend 2023, Ex Date, Record Date, Payment date: India's largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services, has announced to pay an interim dividend and a special interim to its shareholders. The company while releasing its Q3 results on Monday, January 9, said that the board has approved third interim dividend and a special dividend, aggregating to Rs 75 per equity share for current fiscal.

TCS in an exchange filing said that it will pay an interim dividend of Rs 8 to its investors and a special dividend of Rs 67 for each share having face value of Re 1.
"We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared a third interim dividend of Rs 8 and a special dividend of Rs 67 per Equity Share of Re 1 each of the company," the company's filing said.

TCS Dividend Ex Date, Record Date 2023

TCS has also fixed ex-date and record date for the payment of interim dividend and special dividend.

According to information available on BSE website, TCS shares will trade ex-date on January 16. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Rs 75 dividend amount is January 17, 2023.

"The third interim dividend and the special dividend shall be paid on Friday, February 3, 2023, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," the company said in an exchange filing.

TCS Dividend Payment Date 

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date shall be February 3, 2023.
"The third interim dividend and the special dividend shall be paid on Friday, February 3, 2023, to the equity shareholders of the Company, "the company said.
