Superstar of 2022: Siddhartha Khemka recommends this stock for robust gains

In 2022, which all shares will perform? Which stocks will be included in the portfolio? In a conversation with Zee Business Managing Editor and Market Guru Anil Singhvi, Motilal Oswal Financial Services' Siddhartha Khemka picks the share that will perform in the new year.

In the show ‘2022 Ke Superstar’, Khemka suggests his stock pick for 2022. He picked Zensar Technology from the IT sector for healthy gains in 2022. He added, “In the past one year, we have been witnessing global spend in digital or technology companies of this new normal world.”

He further added that in Zensar Technology, the new management's growth strategy is already showing good results. There is a surge in current numbers and it is to be believed that this strategy holds a positive expectation further.”

Khemka said that the cash component in the balance sheet is currently around 10 per cent of the market cap, which is giving downset protection. Similarly, if you will see the valuation then in the mid-cap IT segment, there are companies that are trading 35-40 times in one year forwards, whereas Zensar is trading at a 45% discount, which is 18-20 times, and this makes it the most selective pick for 2022.

He further concluded, buy Zensar with a target price of Rs 600 with a duration of 1 year.
