Stocks To Buy For 2023: Hemang Jani of Motilal Oswal Financial Services on Thursday, December 22, recommended shares of Prestige Estate to Zee Business viewers as 2023 pick. Jani, who is the group senior VP at the financial company, said that the outlook of the real estate sector is positive.

The stock was recommended by Jani in a special show 'New Year Pick 2023' aired on Zee Business.

Jani said that the real estate sector is showing positive signs in terms of growth. The company has performed well in pre-sale projects. It has good projects in real estate and commercial sites.

The cash flow of the company indicates growth and upside in the stock, said the expert.

Prestige Estate Share Price Target: Rs 675

Duration: 12 months

Another Expert Swati Hotkar recommended HDFC stock as her long-term pick for 2023.

Indian private development finance company Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Limited is headquartered in Mumbai.

The Market expert said, the stock is showing a good momentum rally in the quarterly chart and a flag pattern is formed in the weekly chart indicating a breakout in the stock.  

Quarterly and weekly charts are strong for this stock, said Hotkar. 

The expert further advised the investors to buy half the quantity at the current price.

HDFC  Share Price Target: Rs 3000/3200

Stop Loss: Rs 2450

Duration: 3-4 months
