Stocks in News Today, November 15: Stock markets are likely to have a positive start on Tuesday i.e. on November 15 as SGX Nifty, which is traded on the Singapore stock exchange - traded 47 points, or 0.26 per cent, higher at 18,424. However, Asian markets were mixed as South Korea's Kospi jumped over 0.15 per cent while Japan's Nikkei 225 was down by 20.5 points in the early trade today. The Shanghai Composite was up by 13.90 points.

Also, Wall Street's main indexes ended lower with Dow Jones falling 0.63 per cent and the S&P 500 losing 0.89 per cent. Also, Nasdaq lost around 1.12 per cent.

Earlier on Monday,  benchmark indices ended lower. The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 170.89 points or 0.28 per cent to settle at 61,624.15. During the day, the index touched its 52-week high of 61,916.24 and fell to 61,572.03. The broader NSE Nifty dipped 20.55 points or 0.11 per cent to finish at 18,329.15.

Paytm: Digital financial services firm One97 Communications, owner of Paytm brand, is on the right path to profitability with payments service becoming monetisable, founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma said on Monday. The company has posted widening of consolidated loss to Rs 571.5 crore in the September 2022 quarter from Rs 473.5 crore in a year-ago period.

NMDC: State-owned NMDC on Monday posted a 62 per cent fall in its consolidated net profit to Rs 885.65 crore during the quarter ended September, mainly on account of lower income. It had clocked a Rs 2,339.58 crore net profit during the July-September period of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.
 
Coal India: The government-owned company has announced to pay dividend to its investors. The company will soon pay a whopping 150 per cent dividend per share of face value Rs 10 each. This will be the first interim dividend by the company for the financial year 2022-23. Coal India share dividend ex-date would be November 15 which is one business day before the record date.

Fusion Micro Finance: Fusion Micro Finance IPO will list on both the leading exchanges BSE and NSE. Fusion Micro Finance IPO listing date is November 15. According to data available with the NSE, the Rs 1,104-crore IPO received bids for 6,30,36,040 shares against 2,13,75,525 shares on offer. The company fixed a price band of Rs 350-368 a share for its IPO.

IRCTC: Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC)'s profit after tax (PAT) increased by 42.54 per cent for the second quarter of FY23 at Rs 226 crore against Rs 158.57 crore a year ago. However, on quarter-on-quarter basis, the PAT narrowed by 7.93 per cent with Q1FY23 figures being Rs 245.52 crore.

Larsen & Toubro: The L&T Group on Monday announced operationalisation of the merger of Mindtree with LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech), creating the country's sixth largest software firm with a revenue of USD 5.25 billion this year, and the new entity, LTI Mindtree, will begin trading from November 24.
