Following the Reserve Bank of India's unchanged monetary policy, the Indian markets closed on a higher note as the Sensex rose 460 points and Nifty50 settled above 17,600-mark. While Nifty Bank breached 39,000-level and Nifty midcap index grew by 86 points to 30,343-level at the close.

Gujarat State Petronet Q3FY22 Results: Profit at Rs 248 crore versus Rs 247 crore YoY; revenue at Rs 471 crore versus Rs 576 crore YoY. 

Zomato Q3FY22 Results: Net loss at Rs 63.2 crore versus loss of Rs 352.6 crore YoY and revenue grew 82.5 per cent at Rs 1,112 crore versus Rs 609.4 crore YoY. 

Gujarat Pipavav Port Q3FY22 Consolidated Results: Profit at Rs 44 crore versus Rs 59 crore YoY and revenue at Rs 168 crore versus Rs 198 crore YoY 

Sun TV Network Q3FY22 Consolidated Results: Profit at Rs 471 crore versus Rs 445 crore YoY and revenue at Rs 1,060 crore versus Rs 994 crore YoY. 

Tata Chemicals Q3FY22 Consolidated Results: Profit at Rs 301 crore versus Rs 161 crore YoY and revenue from operations stood at Rs 3141 crore. 

Interim Dividend 

At least six companies to announce their interim dividend on Friday, they are: Acrysil Ltd, ASM Tech, Balarampur Chinni, BLS International, Gothi Plascon and Sona BLW Precision. The interim dividend decided by this company to give is between Rs 0.5-2.5 per share on Friday.
