The benchmark indices ended with robust gains on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, after registering steep losses in the past two sessions. The S&P BSE Sensex soared 1,736.21 points or 3.08% at 58,142.05. The Nifty 50 index surged 509.65 points or 3.03% at 17,352.45. But certain stocks came in the news after the market was closed. Q3FY22 Earning

CRISIL: The global analytical company providing ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services on Tuesday reported a 53.2% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 168.6 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to Rs 110 crore posted in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from operation grew 18.2% YoY to Rs 706 crore from Rs 597.2 crore posted last year. EBITDA stood at Rs 192.5 crore, up 24.9% YoY against Rs 154.1 crore posted last year. The margins improved to 27.3% in Q3FY22 from 25.8% posted in Q3FY21. Besides, the Board of Directors of the company has also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 22 (including a special dividend of Rs 7), per equity share of the face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ended December 31, 2021.

Listing 

Vedant Fashions: Shares of Vedant Fashions, which owns the ethnic wear brand Manyavar, will be listed on the stock markets, BSE & NSE, today. The issue price is Rs 866 per share. The Rs 3,149 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Vedant Fashions Limited closed on February 8, 2022, with 2.57 times subscription. The portion reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 7.49 times, while the Non Institutional Investors portion and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) were subscribed 7.07 times and 0.39 times, respectively. The issue was complete an offer for sale (OFS) in which the company’s promoter and existing shareholders.

Burger King: The Fund Raising Committee of the company has fixed an issue price of Rs 129.25 per share (5% discount to the floor price) for its qualified institutional placement (QIP). The issue closed on February 15, 2022. The company has set the floor price at Rs 136.05 per share.

Tech Mahindra: The wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company viz., Tech Mahindra (Singapore) Pte. Ltd has approved the proposal to acquire 80% equity shares in Geomatic.ai Pty Ltd. for Rs 32 crore. 

Escorts Ltd.: The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on February 18, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of equity shares to Kubota Corporation by way of preferential allotment. 

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd: The Board of Directors of our Company on Tuesday approved the proposal to raise funds upto Rs 200 crore by way of issue of equity shares through qualified institutional placement (QIP). 

Punjab and Sindh Bank: Public sector Punjab & Sind Bank (PSB) on Tuesday said it has declared bad asset IL&FS Tamil Nadu Power Company, with dues of Rs 148.86 crore, as a fraud account and reported it to the Reserve Bank. As per the bank's policy on determination and disclosures on material events, PSB said it has declared this non-performing account (NPA) as a fraud account. The bank said it has already made provisions amounting to Rs 59.54 crore, as per the prescribed prudential norms.

Amara Raja Batteries: The Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has extended the interim suspension of said closure orders of Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) by four weeks. The next hearing is scheduled for February 28, 2022. APPCB has earlier ordered the closure of the company’s Plants situated at Karakambadi, Tirupati and Nunegundlapalli Village, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.

Embassy Office Parks REIT: Embassy Office Parks REIT, India’s first listed REIT and the largest office REIT in Asia by area, on Tuesday announced the opening of a 3-lane flyover at Embassy Manyata Business Park (‘Embassy Manyata’) in Bengaluru. Constructed and funded by Embassy REIT at a cost of Rs 183 crores, the project is a part of infrastructure initiatives in and around the park for which Embassy REIT has invested over Rs 400 crores over the past 5 years.

NBFC Stocks: The stocks of NBFC's will remain in focus today as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday extended the deadline for implementation of the new NPA rules by six months till September 30, 2022. NBFCs were earlier expected to put systems for this in place by March 31, 2021. "In case of borrowers having more than one credit facility from a lending institution, loan accounts shall be upgraded from NPA to standard asset category only upon repayment of entire arrears of interest and principle pertaining to all the credit facilities,” the RBI said.

Speciality Restaurant: Rajesh Seth & PAC/Chander Bhatia & PAC (INDIVIDUAL PROMOTER) bought 0.35% stakes in the company on February 14, 2022. With this, its stake in the company has increased to 5.16% from 4.81%.  
Redington India: Marina IV (Singapore) offloaded 2.14% stakes of the company on February 11, 2022.

Cipla: Promoters MK Hamied and YK Hamied sold 2.1 crore shares at Rs 910 per share.
