Stock Markets Today – IPO action - KRSNAA, Windlas, Devyani, Exxaro; SBI, Titan Q1FY22 results, RBI MPC, Cabinet – TOP TRIGGERS for NSE Nifty movement

Lot of action in the US markets as S&P makes a new record while Dow and Nasdaq were up by 278 points and 80 points respectively. Meanwhile SGX Nifty was at 16,200 also up. Dow Futures were down 50 points and Nikkei was down by 100 points.

In the quarterly earnings telecom company Bharti Airtel and Adani Enterprises post strong results while Tata Consumer posts mixed results.

Amid high volatility, crude oil prices slip below USD 72 while Gold Futures ended falt around Rs 48,000 per 10 gram on Tuesday and Silver futures ended around 68000 per kg.

There will be a lot of action in the market as many top companies will be announcing their Q1FY22 results today. One is India’s largest public sector bank State Bank of India (SBI) and the other is Titan Company Limited. In the Futures & Options (F&O) markets Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Bosch Limited, HPCL and Apollo Tyres will be announcing their results.

The biggest action will come from the primary markets where four companies will be launching their Initial Public Offerings (IPO). The companies that will be launching their public issues are Devyani International Limited, Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited, Windlas Biotech Limited, Exxaro Tiles Limited. The Reserve Bank of India’s Monetary Policy Committee meeting will begin from today. The three-day meeting will end on Friday with the announcements by Governor Shaktikanta Das.

The stock markets will also be keeping its eyes on the Union Cabinet at 1 pm and meeting of the Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs CCEA.
