Stock market trading holidays: BSE, NSE to remain closed on these 3 days in November
The stock market will remain closed on November 4 on account of Diwali, on November 5 due to Diwali Balipratipada and on November 19 due to Gurunanak Jayanti.
The Stock Markets (BSE and NSE) are open for trading five days a week that is from Monday to Friday. As the month of November has begun, there is a useful information for the stock market traders and investors.
As the traders and investors start planning their trading strategies beforehand it is important for them to know when the stock market exchanges will remain closed.

According to the stock market holiday calendar by BSE, there will be three market holidays in November 2021. The stock market will remain closed on November 4 on account of Diwali, on November 5 due to Diwali Balipratipada and on November 19 due to Gurunanak Jayanti.
However, it can be noted that on November 4, Muhurat Trading will be held and the timings for the same will be notified subsequently.
While, for the Currency Derivatives Segment, Interest Rate Derivatives segment, New Debt Segment that is Reporting, Settlement and Trading (NDS-RST) and Tri Party Repo also there will be three days trading holiday in the month of November 2021 that is on November 04, 05, and 19.
For the Commodity Derivatives Segment also three days holidays will be there that is on November 04, 05 and 19. However, it can be noted that the morning session (9 am to 5 pm) will remain closed while the evening session (5 pm to 11:30/11:55 pm) will remain open.
