Shares of this specialty chemical hits 5% upper circuit after Dolly Khanna makes fresh position in December quarter; stocks surge nearly 500% in one year

Ace investor Dolly Khanna has made a fresh entry in a specialty chemical share, prompting it to hit 5 per cent upper circuit on Tuesday. Shares of this specialty chemical surged 494% as on January 4, 2022, showed technical data with Stock Edge, an app to analyse NSE and BSE data.  

As per Trendlyne, the celebrity investor took a fresh position of 1.7 per cent stake in Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Ltd in the quarter ended December 31, 2021. As on January 4, 2022, he held1,42,739 shares worth Rs 2.7 crore, showed the data.

At 1.20 pm, shares of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Ltd were locked in an upper circuit of 5% to Rs 192.55, a gain of Rs 9.14 per share on the BSE in Tuesday's intraday trade.  

As per December corporate holdings, promoters hold majority of 73.81 stake, while public has the remaining 26.19 er cent holding in Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Ltd. 

Meanwhile, in an exchange filing on Tuesday, the company informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 12 January, 2022. "The meeting will Inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and Nine Months ended 31 December,2021," said the company in a BSE filing.  

It added that the trading window as informed earlier shall remain closed till 14" January, 2022 and shall reopen on 15" January, 2022.
