In the last session (October 3) both domestic indexes ended lower amid selling pressure in all sectors, Sensex plunged 1,769.19 pts or 2.10 per cent at 82,497.10 and the 50-share index (NSE Nifty50) closed at 25,250.10, down 546.80 pts or 2.12 per cent. Meanwhile, Reliance, HDFC Bank, Larsen & Toubro, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Tata Motors were the top losers.
