Sensex, Nifty likely to open positive, GIFT Nifty futures edge higher

Share Market Today, September 13, 2024: Domestic equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty will likely start today's session in a positive zone. At around 7:05 am, GIFT Nifty futures, an early indicator of the 50-share index, were up 36 points or 0.14 per cent at 25,393 ahead of the opening bell on Dalal Street.

In US stock markets, the S&P 500 closed higher, up 0.75 per cent and the Nasdaq up 1.00 per cent. In Asian stock markets, MSCI Asia ex Japan is up 0.59 per cent.
