SAIL, eClerx Services to Logistics Stocks - here are top Buzzing Stocks today
Domestic stock markets climbed off the record highs it logged in the morning deals on Friday but were trading with gains in the early afternoon deals. At 12:54 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex was trading 213.75 points or 0.41% higher at 52,514.22 levels, while the Nifty 50 index was trading with a gain of 55.85 points or 0.35% at 15,793.60.

SAIL: Up 2.18%. The state-owned steel production company has reported a 136.37% QoQ rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 3,470 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 1,468 crore in the previous quarter ended December 31, 2021.
eClerx Services: (NAKK Stock). Hits 20% upper circuit. The IT consulting and outsourcing company eClerx has reported an 80% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 55 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year
NHPC: Down 1.85%. The state-owned NHPC has reported a 172.6% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 428 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It has posted a profit of Rs 157 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
National Fertilizers: Down 3.86%. The chemical manufacturer has reported a year-on-year consolidated loss of Rs 9.5 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a consolidated loss of Rs 249 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Consolidated revenue from operations dropped 1.8% to Rs 2,961 crore compared to Rs 3,014 crore posted last year. EBITDA stood at Rs 114 crore down 57.1% from Rs 266 crore posted last year. EBITDA margin contracted to 3.9% in Q4FY21 compared to 8.8% posted in Q4FY20. The company reported an exceptional loss of Rs 389 crore last year.
Tide Water Oil: Up 5%. The company has reported a 58.2% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 36.7 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 23.2 crore posted last year.
Sanghi Industries: Up 2.17%. The cement manufacturer has reported a 62.5% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 26 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 47.7% to Rs 328 crore compared to Rs 222 crore posted last year. The EBITDA stood at Rs 94 crore, up 80.8% from Rs 52 crore posted last year. The EBITDA margin improved to 28.7% in Q4FY21 compared to 23.4% posted in Q4FY20.

Marksans Pharma: Hits 20% upper circuit. The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on June 15, 2021, to consider and approve the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis. OrbiMed Asia IV Mauritius can buy 4.93 crore warrants worth Rs 365 crore in the company. It is going to be one of the largest pharma funds.
Suven Pharma Ltd: Up 1.96%. Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd., (SPL), CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad and CSIR-National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram have entered into an agreement for the process technology transfer and manufacturing of the anti-COVID drug, Molnupiravir and 2-DG.
Puravankara Limited: Up 1.01%. The company has successfully completed the transaction of sale of shares of its 100% subsidiary- Vagishwari Land Developers Private Limited and received a sum of approx. Rs 150 crore from the purchasers of shares namely GBTC II (Asset A) PTE Ltd and Godrej Projects Development Limited. Further, the company has also received the outstanding amount of approx. Rs 350 crore from Vagishwari Land Developers Private Limited.
Accelya Solutions India Limited: Down 2.07%. Subscription for the offer for sale (OFS) has opened for retail investors today. The floor price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 910 per share.
Godrej Properties: Down 0.95%. Godrej Projects Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has acquired 20% of issued and paid-up share capital of Vagishwari Land Developers. Godrej Projects Development Limited along with other investors intends to develop a real estate project on the land owned by VLDPL.
Yes Bank: Down 1.02%. The board of directors of private sector lender YES Bank has approved seeking shareholders’ approval for raising up to Rs 10,000 crore in Indian or foreign currency by issuing debt securities, including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, bonds and medium-term notes.
