Domestic equity markets were trading with minor losses on Wednesday’s noon deals. At 12:53 pm, S&P BSE Sensex was trading 186.7 points or 0.32% lower at 58,092.78. The Nifty 50 index was down by 53.60 points or 0.31% and was trading at 17,308.50. Meanwhile, certain stocks were in action in either direction based on reports linked to them. RPP Infra Projects: Up 7.37%. The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on September 13, 2021, to consider, discuss and decide, the Rights Issue size, total number of Rights Equity Shares, Rights Issue price, record date to determine the equity shareholders eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares, Rights Issue period.

Caplin Point: Up 1.21%. Caplin Steriles gets USFDA approval for Labetalol Hydrochloride Injection USP. 

Ramkrishna Forgings: Up 1.73%. Wins First Export order worth INR 130 crore from an OEM in a CIS country (Euro 5 million per annum for 3 years). 

Delta Corp: Up 0.99%. The government of Nepal has issued relaxations in the country, so, the casino operated by Delta Corp’s subsidiary in Kathmandu will resume operations from September 8, 2021, in accordance with applicable safety norms/guidelines prescribed by the Government of Nepal.

RailTel: Up 1.07%. RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has received an additional order from Indian Railways for the implementation of the "Hospital Management Information System' (HMIS) over Indian Railways at the cost of Rs. 42.38 Crore (Inclusive of GST). The work is to be implemented over one year with further upgrades & support for 5 years.

EID Parry: Up 0.54%. The Board of Directors on Tuesday approved the setting up of a 120 KLPD Grain/Sugar Syrup/Molasses based Distillery at the Company's Sankili unit in Andhra Pradesh. The company will invest Rs 92.50 crore in the project. 

Panacea Biotech + DRL: Panacea Biotech (down 3.39%) has started supplying Sputnik V to India. Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (up 0.42%) is the sole distributor of Sputnik V in India under an agreement with the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). 

TVS Motor: Down 1.54%. TVS Motor Company expands and strengthens its presence in South Africa. The two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers globally announced their new distribution partnership with ETG Logistics (ETGL). ETGL will operate 30 dealerships for TVS Motor Company in South Africa as part of this partnership.

Wipro Limited: Down 1.56%. The company has announced a partnership with Securonix to Boost Wipro’s Global Prevention, Detection and Response Capabilities.

PSP Projects: Up 1.30%. The company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for projects worth Rs 132.57 crore towards the industrial and precast segment from different clients in Gujarat. 

Arvind SmartSpaces: Down 1.23%. The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on September 10, 2021, to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of issue of one or more instruments including equity shares, convertible securities of any description or warrants or debt securities, through preferential issue, private placements, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof.

Jain Irrigation: Up 4.99%. The Board of Directors of the company has approved the restructuring of its credit facilities worth Rs 4,000 crore received from the lead bank, i.e., State Bank of India and few other banks of consortium. Besides, the board also approved the plan to raise Rs 270 Cr through the issue of Ordinary Equity Shares and/or Equity Share Warrants on a preferential allotment basis.
