RCF Share Price NSE, RCF Ex-Date, RCF Dividend Record Date 2022: Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, NSE: RCF, traded ex-date for the payment of dividend on Thursday, December 15. 

RCF share price opened at Rs 132 apiece on NSE, falling more than 3 per cent from previous close of Rs 136.15.

RCF has announced to pay an interim dividend of 16 per cent per share to its shareholders. This translates into Rs 1.60 per share. The face value of per share of RCF is Rs 10.

"The Board of Directors of the Company has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 @ 16.00% (i.e.Rs.1.60 per Equity Share) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company," the company had said in an exchange filing.

RCF has fixed the record date to determine the shareholders' eligibility for receiving a Rs 1.60 dividend. As per the company, the record date for the purpose of payment of the dividend is December 16, 2022.

It means that RCF will pay a Rs 1.60 dividend per share to shareholders who hold the company's stocks in his/her Demat account on the record date.

"... it is further notified that the Company has fixed Friday, 16th December 2022 as the record date for the purpose of the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23..," the company said in an exchange filing.
