Radiant Cash Management Share Price, Radiant Cash Management IPO Allotment Date, Link, Radiant Cash Management​ Listing Date and Time NSE, BSE: Radiant Cash Management Services IPO opened for subscription today, December 23. The subscription window will close on December 27. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 94 to Rs 99 a share for its Rs 388 crore IPO.

The IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 33,125,000 shares by promoter David Devasahayam and private equity firm Ascent Capital Advisors India. In 2015, Ascent Capital had acquired 37.2 per cent stake in the company.

Based on the upper band of the share price, the IPO is expected to fetch Rs 388 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 equity shares and in multiples of 150 equity shares thereafter. 

Radiant Cash Management IPO Allotment Date, Link

The allotment of Radiant Cash Management IPO will be finalised on December 30. The shares will be credited to the Demat accounts of bidders on January 3. The allotment status will be declared on the official website of the registrar -- Link Intime India Private Ltd -- linkintime.co.in

Radiant Cash Management Share Price Listing Date and Time NSE, BSE

Shares of Radiant Cash Management will list on both the exchanges BSE and NSE. The pre-open session will start at 9:45 AM. The shares will list on January 4 at 10 AM. 

Proceeds from the fresh issue component will be used for funding working capital requirements as well as capital expenditure requirements for purchase of specially fabricated armoured vans, the Chennai-based company said.
