Paradeep Phosphates listing: Paradeep Phosphates IPO listing is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 27,2022. The initial public offer of Paradeep Phosphates was subscribed 1.75 times on the last day of the issue on May 19. "We cordially invite you to the Listing Ceremony of Paradeep Phosphates Limited tomorrow, Friday, May 27, 2022, from 9:00 AM at The International Convention Hall, 1st Floor, BSE, Dalal Street, Fort Mumbai," read an invitation from PR agency handling the event. 

India's second largest private sector manufacturer of non-urea fertilizers company has completed subscription process on May 19. Paradeep Phosphates IPO shares were allotted on Tuesday, May 24, 20222, while for those who could not get shares, the refund initiation began on May 25,2022. 

The company, which is primarily engaged in manufacturing, trading, distribution and sales of a variety of complex fertilizers such as DAP, three grades of Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium (NPK) (namely NPK-10, NPK-12 and NP-20), Zypmite, Phospho-gypsum and Hydroflorosilicic Acid (HFSA), had kept the price band at Rs 39-42 per share for this IPO.

Incorporated in 1981, PPL is a joint venture of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited (ZACL) and OCP Group S.A. (OCP), which currently holds 80.45% of the equity share capital of the Company, with the balance being held by the Government of India.
