Panchsheel Organics Ex Date, Panchsheel Organics Dividend Record Date 2022, Panchsheel Organics Share Price BSE: Shares of pharma company Panchsheel Organics traded ex-dividend on Monday, December 5. The stock gained more than 5 per cent in early morning deals to quote Rs 306 apiece on BSE. Panchsheel Organics is listed on BSE.

The company has announced to pay a dividend of 8 per cent to its shareholders. This is the second interim dividend that Panchsheel Organics has announced to pay in the current financial year (2022-23). Panchsheel Organics in the current financial year has already paid dividends on two occasions, amounting Rs 2.

Panchsheel Organics Dividend Amount 

According to an exchange filing by Panchsheel Organics, it will pay dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity share.

"In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30, 33 and all other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today has inter alia 1] Approved the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. 2] Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share on the Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2023," Panchsheel Organics said in a filing to BSE.

Panchsheel Organics has fixed the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving a dividend amount of Rs 0.8 dividend. As per the company, the record date for the purpose of payment of the dividend is December 5.

It means that Panchsheel Organics will pay a Rs 0.8 dividend per share to shareholders who hold the company's stocks in his/her Demat account on the record date.

"The Board of Directors has fixed Monday, December 05, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend," said Panchsheel Organics Ltd, added on BSE.
