The three-day Nykaa IPO opened on Thursday and will close on Monday, November 1, 2021. On the first day of the subscription, the cosmetic e-tailers IPO started off slow in comparison to many of the recent public issues. The IPO was over subscribed at 1.55 as of 5 pm today. The retail portion, which was oversubscribed within an hour of opening, saw maximum participation.

Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) oversubscribed the issue 3.5 times as the retail quota saw 1,66,33,956 bids against allotted potion of 47,53,187 shares for this segment, showed consolidate BSE bid details after the closing time at 5 pm.

Further, Non-Institutional Investors subscribed the issue 0.60 times with share bids of 42,64,632 shares as against alloted 71,29,781 shares. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed it 1.39 times. 

Raised Rs 2,396 crore from anchor investors 

Earlier, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd on Wednesday raised Rs 2,396 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial share-sale, said news agency PTI.

The company has decided to allocate a total of 21,296,397 equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 1,125 a share, aggregating to Rs 2,395.84 crore, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.

The Rs 5,352-crore public issue comprises fresh stock and an offer for sale. The price band for this IPO has been kept at Rs 1,085-1,125 per share.
