Nykaa has announced to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 5:1. It means that Nykaa will give 5 bonus shares for every 1 share held. 

Nykaa Bonus Share Record Date 2022

Nykaa has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for receiving bonus shares. Nykaa bonus share record date is November 11.

The company had earlier declared that the record date for the Nykaa bonus share would be November 3. But it later changed the date to November 11.

Nykaa Bonus Share Ex Date 2022

Nykaa has also announced the ex date for the bonus issue. According to an exchange filing, Nykaa stocks will trade ex-bonus date a day before the record date. Accordingly, Nykaa shares will trade ex bonus on November 10.

Nykaa Share Price NSE

Nykaa share price gained around 3.50 per cent on Monday, November 7, to settle at Rs 1132 apiece on the NSE. The counter has tanked around 21 per cent in the past 6 months and 12 per cent in one month. 

Post listing, the stock hit a record high of Rs 2573.70 on NSE on November 26 last year. Thereafter the stock started correcting and hit a record low of Rs 975 on Friday, 28 October 2022, sliding below the IPO issue price of Rs 1,125.

Nykaa was founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012. The shares of the Mumbai-based company were listed on NSE and BSE on November 10 last year at Rs 2001, a premium of 77.87 per cent.

Nykaa IPO was subscribed 81.78 times and the price band was fixed at Rs 1,085-1,125 per share.
