Speaking about Nazara Technologies IPO, Anil Singhvi said one should apply for this IPO for big listing gains. "Nazara Technologies IPO's one lot comprises 13 shares and price band for this IPO is Rs 1100 to RS 1101. Those planning to subscribe to this issue will have to spend minimum amount of Rs 14,313 for this IPO. The company, which started its business in 1999, makes gaming products and has global presence in this segment," said Zee Business Managing Editor, while briefing about details of this IPO.

"When we started this business in 1999, we had dreamt that gaming will grow in India in years to come and with the same dream we have so far been attached and working for it. Mobile revolution in India gives big opportunity to gaming industry. We have almost 50 million customers presently believe that it will grow further," said Nazara Technologies Joint MD Nitish Mittersain.  

Talking about company's 'aggressive' acquisition approach, Nazara Technologies CEO Manish Agarwal said, "We believe that quality content takes time and is result of years of hard work of some people. That quality content makes money for everyone. So, we decided to collaborate instead of competing against each other in this segment. We plan to move forward together."
