Nalco share dividend 2023: PSU announces bumper interim dividend — Check record date and ex-date

Nalco Dividend Record Date 2023: The board of National Aluminium Company Limited, Nalco, has announced to pay an interim dividend for its shareholders. The government-owned company through an exchange filing informed that the board at a meeting on March 13 took under consideration a proposal on paying interim dividend and approved the same.  
According to an exchange filing, the board has declared to pay the second interim dividend of the current fiscal.

According to the filing, the public sector company will pay Rs 2.50  interim dividend per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each. For example, if an investor has 100 shares of Nalco in his Demat account on the record date, the company will pay him Rs 250 dividend (Rs 2.50 x 100 shares).

The company has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividend. Nalco dividend record date is March 21, Tuesday.

The dividend will be credited directly in the bank account of the shareholders. The company said that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on/before March 31.

For the quarter ended 31-12-2022, Nalco has reported a Consolidated Total Income of Rs 3,356.30 Crore, down 5.69 per cent from last quarter Total Income of Rs 3,558.83 Crore and down 12.72 per cent from last year same quarter Total Income of Rs 3,845.25 Crore.
