Maharashtra Seamless Bonus Record Date 2022: Shares of Maharashtra Seamless traded ex-bonus date on Monday, November 28. The company has announced to distribute bonus shares to its existing shareholders in the ratio of 1:1.

The stock opened at Rs 389 apiece on NSE and jumped more than 2.50 per cent to hit day's high of Rs 396.50 at 2 PM.
The stock traded ex-bonus on Friday, November 25. 

Maharashtra Seamless is engaged in manufacturing, wholesaling and trading a wide range of seamless pipes, carbon steel pipe, hollow section pipes and welded pipes.

According to an exchange filing, the company would issue 1 bonus share for every 1 share held on the record date to its shareholders. Maharashtra Seamless investors having the shares of the company in their Demat account today would receive the bonus shares. 

"...the shareholders entitled to receive bonus equity share in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot...," the company had informed in an exchange filing on NSE. 

Maharashtra Seamless has delivered a stellar return of around 50 per cent in 2022 so far. Putting into perspective, the stock that quoted Rs 259.35 apiece on January 3 is now available at Rs 390. The stock's 52-week range is Rs 455 - Rs 225.
