The last trading price of M Lakhamsi Industries, formerly known as Specular Marketing and Financing Limited, was Rs 6.72 per share on the BSE.

The company had announced a bonus in the ratio of 6:1 and a dividend of 0.5 paise per share. 

As per M Lakhamsi Industries bonus share 2022 scheme of arrangements, an eligible shareholder will be entitled for six shares against every share held by him/her in their demat account on the record date.

Subsequently, on September 26, it also fixed the record date for issuance of bonus shares for eligible shareholders.  

"The Board has fixed Wednesday, 05th day of October, 2022 as the record date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders entitled for issuance of fully paid-up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 6:1 (i.e. issue of 6 (Six) equity share for every existing 1 (one) equity shares of Rs 10/- each subject to in-principal approval of BSE Limited," the company said in a regulatory filing.  

Earlier, it had also declared dividend of Rs 0.5 per share, the record date for which was also fixed as October , 2022.   

"Declaration of Dividend as per recommendation by the Board of Directors in Board Meeting held on 30th May, 2022 a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (Fifty Paisa Only), i.e., 5% per share having face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2022," it had said.  

Post-bonus issue paid-up share capital is expected to be around INR 5,93,60,000/- divided into 59,36,000 equity shares of INR 10/- each.  

As per June 2022 shareholding pattern of the company, promoters hold a majority of 75.29% and the public occupies the remaining 24.71% stake in the company.
