Latent View Analytics IPO is the highest subscribed IPO so far in India; issue booked 326 times
The IPO was susbcribed whooping 130 times so far, while Non Institutional Investors made a strong comeback to subscribe the issue 388.53 times
5.00 pm: The analytics services provider public offering saw issue being subscribed 326.47 times on the last day. Against issue size of 1,75,25,703 shares, bids were made for whooping 5,72,14,30,100 shares. Non-Institutional Investors topped the bidding with 850.66 times subscription as NIIs bid for 3,98,46,85,168 shares as against quota of 46,84,210 shares for this category. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and Retail Individual Investors(RIIs) portions saw 145.48 and 119.44 times subscription.

2:45 pm: The initial public offer of analytics service provider was subscribed was subscribed 262.78 times, NIIs portion booked 733.32 times so far on the final day. It is inching close to the second most subscribed IPO Salasar Technologies, which was subscribed with 273.05 times in 2017.
2:15 pm: The IPO has been subscribed 200 times, while maximum participation came from NIIs, who subscribed the issue massive 588.27 times. Retail Investors quota witnessed 102.99 times booking

Latent View Analytics IPO has been subscribed over 40 times around 12.30 pm on Friday, the last day of the share-sale.
The initial public offer of analytics service provider was subscribed 40.52 times with bidding of 71,01,03,416 shares as against reserved 1,75,25,703 shares. Retail investors continued to lead the subscription as RIIs bid for 27,79,87,252 shares that translated into 89.02 times of the 31,22,806 shares reserved for this category.

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) booked the issue 71.90 times with bids for 33,67,85,032 shares against its quota of 46,84,210 shares, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed the issue 10.07 times so far on the last day
Earlier on Friday, the IPO was subscribed 23.22 times on the second day of bidding till 5:00 pm. The three-day IPO has begun on November 10 and will end on November 12, 2021.
The company has fixed a price band of Rs 190-197 per share for this IPO. This will be Rs 600-crore initial share-sale. The IPO comprises fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 474 crore. An offer of sale of equity shares to the tune of Rs 126 crore by a promoter and existing shareholders.
