Latent View Analytics stocks were listed on BSE at 169% premium on Tuesday. Shares of analytics services provider were listed at Rs 530 per share against its issue price of Rs 197 per share. This was Rs 333 gain per share for those who got Latent View Analytic share allotment.

In the pre-open, the stock was already trading at Rs 399 per share, a gain of Rs 202 or 102.54% on its issue price. Pre-open indicative quantity stood at 217117 around 9.30 am.  

Earlier on November 12, the analytics services provider scripted history when it clocked 326.47 times subscription. Against issue size of 1,75,25,703 shares, bids were made for whooping 5,72,14,30,100 shares. Non-Institutional Investors topped the bidding with 850.66 times subscription.  

It surpassed Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited IPO to become the India's highest bid after offer ever. In late September 2021, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited IPO had emerged as the most subscribed IPO after it piped Salasar Techno by being subscribed over 304 times.   

Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi who had strongly recommended this issue expects a strong listing and called it an excellent company. Singhvi on Tuesday said that the initial public offering (IPO) of analytics services provider is expected to be listed around Rs 500 per share.   

The company launched its public issue on 10 November at a price band of Rs 190-197. The three-day issue which ended on 12 November comprised of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 600 cr with frsh issues worth up to Rs 474 cr and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to Rs 126 cr including anchor portion of 13,553,898 equity shares.      

Latent View Analytics provides analytics services such as data and analytics consulting, business analytics and insights, advanced predictive analytics, data engineering, and digital solutions. The company caters to blue-chip companies in technology, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies and retail, industrials, and other industry domains.
