Investors must know these top 10 things about the company and its IPO:
1) Amount to raise: The company will raise Rs 7620 million crore from its IPO, as per DRHP.
2) IPO Price Band: IPO of up to equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each.
3) IPO Issue Size: According to the draft papers, the issue consists of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 612 crore.
4) Offer details: Offer for Sale up to equity shares aggregating up to Rs 6,120 million (“Offer for Sale”).
5) Offer for eligible employees: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) also includes a reservation for subscription by eligible employees.
6) Lot size and minimum & maximum order: The OFS comprises sale of shares worth up to Rs 400 crore by TPG Growth II SF PTE Ltd, up to Rs 62 crore by Sanjay Karsandas Thakker HUF, up to Rs 120 crore by Aastha Limited and up to Rs 30 crore by Garima Misra.
7) Book Running Lead Manager and registrar: Axis Capital, ICICI Securities are the book running lead managers. Link Intime is the registrar to the offer.
8) Company details: The company is a leading premium automotive retail business in India with dealerships for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen and Renault.
9) Revenue: Landmark Cars recorded a profit of Rs 11.15 crore and total income of Rs 1,966.34 crore in FY21. It clocked a profit of Rs 27.95 crore and revenue of Rs 1,419.79 crore in the six months ended September 2021.
10) Presence: Landmark Cars, also known as Group Landmark has a presence across the automotive retail value chain, which includes sales of new vehicles, after-sales service and repairs, including sales of spare parts, lubricants and accessories, and sales of pre-owned passenger vehicles.
