KPI green bonus, KPI green bonus record date, KPI green bonus ex-date, KPI green bonus share price history NSE: KPI Green Energy has announced a bonus share ratio for its shareholder for the current fiscal. The company in its board meeting held on November 30 approved the issuance of bonus shares to its existing shareholders.

According to an exchange filing by KPI Green Energy, the company's board has declared bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. It means that KPI Green Energy shareholders will get 1 bonus share for every one share held. 

"...Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date...," the company said.

The company has fixed January 18, 2023 (Wednesday) as the record date for the purpose of determining members eligible for bonus equity shares. “...Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Wednesday, January 18, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the names of Members who shall be entitled for allotment of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.." the company said in its exchange filing.

KPI Green Energy Share Ex Date 2022

A share trade ex-date is usually a business day before the record date. Accordingly, KPI Green Energy bonus ex-date would be a trading session prior to the record date. KPI Green Energy shares ex-date would be January 17, meaning the stocks would trade ex-bonus date just a day before the record date.
