The cutoff date for deciding interim dividend for shareholders of Kaveri Seed Company Ltd, PTC India Ltd and Bharat Forge Ltd is today, November 26. The management of these companies will decide, which shareholders would be eligible to receive dividend on Friday. The record date is the cut-off date fixed by a company to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or distribution. The record date for Kaveri Seed's Rs 4 per share interim dividend, PTC India Ltd's Rs 2 per share dividend and Bharat Forge's Rs 1.5 per share dividend has been announced as November 26, as per Stock Edge, an app to analyse NSE and BSE data.

The Board of directors of Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has approved the payment of Interim dividend @ 200% i.e., Rs.4 per equity share of Rs.2 each for the Financial Year 2021-22. The company has announced dividend 17 times between September 2009 and November 2021, showed BSE corporate actions.
"The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the share as on Friday the 26th day of November 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose of payment of an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22," the company has said in a BSE filing.

PTC India Ltd
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 11 has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 2 (two) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22. "Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Record Date of November 23, 2021 (closing hours) for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend," said the company's filing to exchanges.
The provider of power trading solutions, cross border power trading, and consultancy services, between September 2007 and November 2021, has offered dividend 17 times to its shareholders as per BSE data.
Bharat Forge's dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 12, 2021, recommended interim dividend of Rs. 1.5/- i.e. at the rate of 75% per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22. "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to interim dividend, the Company has fixed Friday, November 26, 2021 as the Record Date," the company had said in a BSE filing. The payment of dividend will be made on or before Thursday, December 09, 2021, subject to deduction of tax at source, it said.
In 20 years, between June 2001 and November 2021, the company has announced dividend 29 times for its shareholders.
