Indusind Banks deposits up 21% YoY at Rs 275,486 cr; net advances rise 10 per cent YoY to Rs 2,21,821 cr - check share movement

Indusind Bank Limited’s deposits have gone up 21 per cent year-on-year (YoY) at Rs 275,486 cr as on 30 September 2021 as against Rs 228,279 cr it reported at the end of 30 September 2020, the bank informed in its filing to exchanges.
It was up 3 per cent on the quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis. At the end of 30 June 2021, the deposits stood at 2,67,630, the exchange filing said.

Retail deposits and deposits from Small Business Customers amounted to Rs 111,749 cr as of 30 September 2021 as compared to Rs 105,737 cr as of 30 June 2021.
The disclosure was made by Indusind Bank in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Meanwhile, net advances went up 10 per cent YoY to Rs 2,21,821 cr versus Rs 2,01,247 cr as on 30 September 2020. On the QoQ basis, net advances were up 5 per cent versus Rs 2,10,727 as on 30 June 2021.
Meanwhile, CASA ratio was 42.1 per cent as on 30 September 2021 versus 40.4 per cent as on 30 September 2020. It was 42.1 per cent at the end of June quarter.
CASA ratio stands for total deposits in relation to current and savings accounts. CASA ratio of a bank is the ratio of deposits in current and savings accounts compared to its total deposits.
At 11:45 am on Tuesday, the share price of Indusind Bank were up 1.3 per cent on the NSE and were trading at Rs 1134.85.
