In real estate space, maximum traction logged by these cities; check property prices too

News Anchor and Senior Producer Mansi Dave today said that after studying the report of 7 cities, it is clear that property prices in MMR, Pune and Bengaluru are the highest across the country. Also, they saw the highest sales in the recent past. In 2020, 67% of the total sales registered were from these 3 places. Majority contribution was witnessed here. 

Also, Mulund and Chembur have been best performing micro markets in MMR city. Price in Mulund market has increased by 24% from 2013 to 2020 while it has gone up by 20% in Chembur in the same period.
Mansi said Pune also witnessed a 38% price hike in Pune from 2013 to 2020. Price in Bengaluru was also attractive. During the times of Corona, Bengaluru market stood really strong for itself. Customers prefer to buy in these cities when compared to other cities.

The price per square feet is Rs 10610 in MMR while it is Rs 4955 per square feet in Bengaluru. The Bengaluru market is offering the most attractive price.

The price in Pune market is Rs 5510 per square feet. IndiaBulls Real Estate, Godrej Properties, Kolte Patil, Sobha, Oberoi Realty and Prestige Estate are seeing good traction due to increased sales in these cities.
