Analyst Vikas Sethi’s first stock was a company from the real estate sector and was from the cash market. He recommended Prestige Estate which was trading at Rs 277 at the time of recommendation. He said that it was an excellent company to put money on. Operating Margin profit is at 22 per cent and the company has been growing at good CAGR, he further said.

Real Estate picked up during the last quarter and even there is a government focus on this sector.
His short term target is Rs 290 on this stock. He puts the stop loss at Rs 260.

Top Stocks To Buy: NALCO
Another stock picked by him was from the F and O space and he picked a metal sector company. Sethi said that after a 2-3 days fall, the sector is ready to achieve new heights. He Picked National Aluminium Company (NALCO). The May Futures are trading at Rs 74.50.
They have a fully-integrated plant and is the lowest cost producer of aluminium. He puts the target price at Rs 84 on the short term basis while the stop loss at Rs 69.
