In chat with Anil Singhvi, analyst Vikas Sethi recommends BPCL, PFC for handsome gains

Week ended on a negative note with Nifty falling by almost 143 points on Friday. In a chat with Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi, Analyst Vikas Sethi said that despite the fall there is no change in the trends. But, the focus still be on quality stocks, many of whom have corrected after today’s dip. This is an opportunity for fresh buying. He recommended two stocks today in a popular TV show ‘Sadabahaar Sethi Saab’.

Top Stocks To Buy: BPCL       

Analyst Vikas Sethi’s first stock was a company from the PSU segment. This company is BPCL which will be announcing its dividend on 16 March. It has notified to the exchanges about the dividend announcement. He has recommended investment in BPCL Futures.

He said that he expected a dividend of Rs 35-40. There is a little risk in the markets. He said that it is an excellent company and is a top candidate for divestment.

This stock is currently trading at Rs 454. He puts the target price at RS 480 and the stop loss at Rs 435.

Top Stocks To Buy: PFC 

Another stock picked by him was also a PSU stock and it was from the power sector. He recommended PFC (Power Finance Corporation). PFC Futures are currently trading around Rs 136.  He said that this stock should be bought at existing levels.

He said that any bounce back in the market will act as a trigger for the stock. He puts a target price at Rs 145 with a short term view. He puts the stop loss at Rs 130.
