Domestic equity markets were trading with gains of more than one per cent in Monday’s noon trade, tracking firm cues from global peers. At 12:37 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex was trading with a gain of 537.76 points or 1.12% at 48,416.21. The NSE Nifty was trading 146.70 points or 1.02% higher at 14,488.05. Meanwhile, certain stocks were in action in either direction based on reports linked to them. Here is a list of few such stocks:

ICICI Bank: Buzzing and trading 4.99% up. The private lender had reported a 2.6 times YoY growth in the profit at Rs 4,402.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, as compared to Rs 1,221 crore posted in the year-ago period.
HCL Technologies: Down 2.52%. Information technology major HCL Technologies has reported a 25.6 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) fall in its consolidated net profit to Rs 2,962 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Profit in the December quarter was Rs 3,982 crore.
M&M Finance: Bearish and falls 8.61%. The company has reported a 32 per cent YoY drop in profit at Rs 150 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 20201, as compared to a profit of Rs 221 crore posted last year in the same period.

Tech Mahindra: Down 0.75%. The information technology company is scheduled to announce its quarterly numbers today.
SBI Card: Down 0.74%. The financial services company is scheduled to announce its quarterly numbers today.
HDFC Life: Up 1.62%. The life insurance company is scheduled to announce its quarterly numbers today.

Shalby: Down 0.74%. Promoter Shah Family has plans to sell up to 58.1 lakh equity shares of the company (representing 5.38% stakes) through an offer for sale. The OFS will open for non-retail investors today, i.e. on April 26, 2021, and for retail investors on retail investors. The floor price has been set at Rs 111 per share.
Federal-Mogul Goetze India: Bearish and falls 8.11%. Promoter IEH FMGI Holdings LLC has plans to sell 55.4 lakh equity shares of the company (representing 9.95% stakes) through an offer for sale. There is an additional oversubscription option, under which the promoters can sell another 9.95% equity shares. The OFS will open for non-retail investors today, i.e. on April 26, 2021, and for retail investors on retail investors. The floor price has been set at Rs 250 per share.
Hathway Cable: Up 0.92%. Three promoters, namely Jio Content Distribution Holdings, Jio Internet Distribution Holdings and Jio Cable and Broadband Holdings, will sell 20.5 crore equity shares of the company representing 11.6% stakes through an offer for sales. The three promoters are. The OFS will open for non-retail investors today, i.e. on April 26, 2021, and for retail investors on retail investors. The floor price has been set at Rs 21.50 per share.

Reliance Industries: Up 2.23%. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and BP today announced the start of production from the Satellite Cluster gas field in block KG D6 off the east coast of India. Second in the trio of developments together expected to meet 15% of India’s gas demand.
Indian Oil Corporation: Up 0.28%. It has awarded orders worth $45 crore to Maire Tecnimont.
Biocon: Down 0.23%. Biocon Biologics and Viatris receive European Commission approval for Biosimilar Bevacizumab. Biosimilar Bevacizumab is approved for the treatment of metastatic colorectal carcinoma, metastatic breast cancer, non-small-cell lung carcinoma, glioblastoma, ovarian, cervical and renal cancer as part of a specific regimen.
Natco Pharma: Buzzing and trading 4.88% up. It announced that it has applied to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) in India for approval of Phase-III clinical trial of Molnupiravir Capsules for the treatment of COVID-19 positive patients.
Mphasis: Buzzing and trading 4.05% up. BCP, Blackstone brings an open offer for 26% stakes in the Indian IT outsourcing services provider Mphasis Ltd. for as much as Rs 8,260 crore ($1.1 billion) as demand for cloud computing surges amid the pandemic.
PowerGrid: Up 1.04%. PowerGrid Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) has fixed the price band for its public issue at Rs 99-100 per unit. The company will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on April 29.
Pharma Stocks: Trading with a loss. Nifty Pharma index was trading 0.53% low. Pharma stocks, like Cipla – down 2.42%, Jubilant Pharmova Ltd – down 1.71%, Lupin – down 0.58%, Sun Pharma – down 087%, Glenmark – down 0.80%, were trading at a loss.
