Hero MotoCorp Q3 Result, Dividend Record Date 2023: Hero MotoCorp Ltd has announced an interim dividend for its shareholders during the Q3 FY23 result announcement on Tuesday. The two-wheeler giant announced an interim dividend of Rs 65 per equity share for the financial year 2022-23 in its exchange filing.
Hero MotoCorp: Dividend Record Date
The company has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividends. Hero MotoCorp has set February 17, 2023 as dividend record date.
Hero MotoCorp: Dividend Payment Date
Hero MotoCorp said that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on/before March 9, 2023. The dividend will be credited directly in the bank account of the shareholders.
Hero MotoCorp Ltd Q3 results
Hero MotoCorp on Tuesday posted a net profit of Rs 711 crore for the October-December quarter, as compared to Rs 686 crore during the same quarter last year, thus witnessing a 3.6 per cent increase in net profit on a year-on-year basis.
The company's revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 8,031 crore, as against Rs 7,883 crore during Q3 FY22, recording an increase in revenue of 1.8 per cent.
