HDFC AMC dividend; HDFC AMC Q2FY23 Result: According to HDFC Asset Management Company’s (AMC) Q2 result which were declared on Wednesday, the Company said that it has paid a final dividend of Rs 42 per equity share (face value of Rs 5 each) for the year ended March 31, 2022 as approved by its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on June 29, 2022.

HDFC AMC Q2FY23 results 
HDFC AMC Ltd’s Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 492.85 crore and profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 363.85 crores. Their total comprehensive income stood at Rs 364.53 crores. Their paid-up equity share capital (face value Rs 5) was Rs 106.66.  Their cash flow from operating activities (PBT) was Rs 878.11 crores which was almost 5 per cent lower than last year's same quarter.

The company’s net cash from operating activities was Rs 498.49 crores. Their net cash from investing activities was Rs 417.28 crores. 

HDFC AMC in regulatory filing on October 12 had announced that a conference call will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 6.00 p.m. IST for discussing the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. 

HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd’s (AMC) stock rallied by more than 1 per cent as of 2:55 pm as investors showed enthusiasm for the Q2 result declared on Wednesday. On both the indices HDFC AMC Ltd was trading in green.  

On NSE, the stock rallied 1.70 per cent and price per share was Rs 1,976.00 On BSE, the stock saw an upward movement of 1.73 per cent and stood at Rs 1967.85.
