HCL Tech stocks trade ex-dividend today: Check dividend amount and payment date

HCL Tech Dividend Ex Date, Record Date: HCL Technologies, NSE: HCLTECH, stocks trade ex-dividend today, October 19. At 11 AM< the stock price fell 1 per cent to trade at Rs 1000 apiece on the NSE. On the BSE, it quoted a price of Rs 1001. HCL is India's third largest IT company. Last week, the Noida headquartered company declared to pay a whopping 500 per cent dividend to its shareholders.

HCL Share Dividend Record Date 

HCL Tech has fixed October 20 as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the benefit of the corporate action. Investors having share(s) of the company in their Demat account will only be eligible to receive the dividend.

HCL Dividend Amount 2022

HCL Tech will pay a Rs 10 dividend per equity share to its shareholders. The face value of each share of HCL Tech is Rs 2. The dividend amount of Rs 10 translates into 500 per cent.

HCL Dividend Payment, Payout Date 2022

According to HCL Tech, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders in the month of November. "The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be November 2, 2022," HCL Tech said. HCL Tech share dividend amount will be credited directly into the bank accounts of the shareholders.

HCL Tech Q2FY23 Result

The revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2022, came in at Rs 24,686 crore, 19.5 per cent higher than the same period the previous year. The company posted a 7 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 3,489 crore for the September quarter and raised the full-year revenue guidance. The net profit stood at Rs 3,259 crore in the year-ago period.

The company has increased its full-year revenue guidance to 13.5-14.5 per cent year-on-year in constant currency terms, according to the company statement. The company has earlier projected 12-14 per cent growth in revenue for the full year.
