HCL Tech Q3 Result: Interim dividend declared - Check amount, record date and payment date

HCL Tech Dividend: HCL Technologies (HCL Tech), India's third largest software exporter, reported a 19 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at Rs 4,096 crore for the December quarter compared with Rs 3,442 crore in the same quarter last year. Along with the Q3 results, HCL Tech declared a dividend of Rs 10 for its shareholders.

The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 10 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Board of Directors of HCL Tech has fixed January 20, 2023, as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend.

In its Q3 result announcement, the IT services major said that it has added 5,892 freshers during the quarter ending December 30, 2022 (Q3FY23). The company's total employee count stood at 222,270 in the quarter under review.
The C Vijayakumar-led company said its revenue for the quarter rose 19.6 per cent YoY to Rs 26,700 crore compared with Rs 22,331 crore in the same quarter last year.
HCL Tech recorded dollar revenue of $ 3,244 million, up 5.3 per cent QoQ and 9 per cent YoY Revenues in constant currency terms rose 5 per cent QoQ and 13.1 per cent YoY for the quarter.
