HCL Tech announces record date for third interim dividend of FY23
For FY 2023, HCL Tech has already paid interim dividends twice. The company paid the first interim dividend of Rs 18 per share and then Rs 10.
HCL Tech dividend record date: HCL Technologies (NSE: HCLTECH) has announced that the company's board of directors will meet on October 12 to consider the payment of the third interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The IT major also informed that it has fixed the record date – that determines the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the benefits of corporate actions like dividend payment, stock split and bonus among others.
Besides, the company will also consider un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022.
"The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be October 20, 2022, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors," HCL Technologies said in a regulatory filing on September 29.
For FY 2023, HCL Tech has already paid interim dividends twice. The company paid the first interim dividend of Rs 18 per share and then Rs 10. In FY 2022, the IT major paid a total dividend of Rs 42 per equity share.
Meanwhile, HCL Tech share price advances 1 per cent today, September 30, on the NSE. It settled at Rs 932.10 apiece. The all-time high of HCL share was on February 21, 2000 when it was Rs 2,998, according to NSE website. HCL Tech share price 52-week range is Rs 1,359.40 on January 13 - Rs 877.35 on July 15.
