Goldman Sachs maintained its buy rating on Maruti Suzuki with a 12-month target price of Rs 9000 that translates into an upside of 27 per cent from Rs 7086 recorded on 30 November.

The December production is to be at 80%-85% of normalised levels. December production guidance of 80-85% of normalized levels indicates a flattish trend on a month-on-month (MoM) basis.

Semiconductor supplies could still take some more time to normalize fully, said the note.

Titan Company: Outperform

Macquarie maintained its outperform rating on Titan Company with a 12-month target price of Rs 3000 that translates into an upside of 26 per cent from Rs 2375 recorded on 30 November.

The company guided for over 10 per cent jewellery sales growth & 12-13 per cent margin growth. The company is cautious about the new Omicron impact.

Maruti is not witnessing any material concerns on demand as yet. It is our preferred pick in the consumer space, said the note.

HCL Technologies: Overweight

JPMorgan remained overweight rating on HCL Technologies with a target price of Rs 1400 that translates into an upside of nearly 23 per cent from Rs 1139 recorded on 30 November.

The company expects a strong demand environment to sustain for at least three years. However, supply issues persist until growth keeps accelerating or cools below the low teens.

Product & Platform (P&P) should bounce back in Q3 helped by seasonality. We still see value in the stock, said the note.
