The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) warned investors regarding fraudulent activities by three individuals claiming to be associated with a company.

These persons named Rahul Moladia, Aditya Jackson, and Sahil are luring investors with false promises of guaranteed returns on stock market investments and requesting sensitive trading credentials, including Login IDs and passwords, to manage investor trading accounts.

They claim themselves to be from a company called Badshah Broking.

These people are operating through multiple mobile numbers and Telegram channels, including “7665846415”, “9257295130”, “9983058717”, “9257406035”, “9772114516”  and "CArahulmalodiaofficial02" and "Baadshah_Badshah_Broking respectively.

NSE cautions investors against subscribing to any such schemes or products, as offering assured returns in the stock market is illegal.

"The investors are cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any scheme/product offered by any persons/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials such as user ID/password with anyone," NSE said in a disclosure.

NSE also clarified that these individuals and the entity “Badshah Broking” are not registered with the NSE, nor are they authorised members of any registered stockbroking firms.
