Ace investor Dolly Khanna has picked up additional stakes in Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited and New Delhi Television (NDTV) Limited during the October-December quarter. While the former belongs to house appliances segment and other from media sector, the latest shareholding pattern of the company revealed.

Khanna has bought around 0.3 and 0.1 per cent extra stakes during the quarter, taking her total holding in Butterfly Gandhimathi and NDTV by 1.44 and 1.2 per cent respectively.

According to the December shareholding pattern of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, Khanna has 2,56,792 shares, aggregates to 1.44 per cent stakes in the company. While in NDTV, she has 7,95,170 shares, comprises to 1.23 per cent stakes, as per the December shareholding of the company.

Khanna held 212639 equity shares accounting for 1.19 per cent stakes in the former and 705569 shares or 1.09 per cent stakes in the latter during the previous quarter.

Both the stocks have been a multibagger as, Butterfly Gandhimathi has given almost 144 per cent returns, while NDTV has reported returns over 204 per cent to the ace investor on the BSE, as compared to over 22 per cent surge in the S&P BSE Sensex in the last one year.

Dolly Khanna holds 16 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 397.5 crore as per the stock analysis website trendline.com. 

The investor, earlier, had made a fresh entry into petro chem company – Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure, and increased stake in auto parts manufacturing company – Talbros Automotive Components, as the December end shareholding pattern on the BSE.

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances manufacture is a 50-year-old company with range of home appliances from Kitchen to breakfast to electrical appliances in the consumer durables segment products. While NDTV is broadcasting company, mainly into news channels segment.
