In Talbros Automotive, Dolly Khanna had already held 1.3 per cent stake till September quarter, however, as per the company’s December shareholding pattern, now Dolly Khanna owns 1.71 per cent, which comprises 2,11,120 equity shares of the auto components making company.

Besides Khanna, renowned investor Vijay Kedia has also bought around 2.3 per cent stakes (2,80,000 equity shares) in this small-cap auto part company, as per the December shareholding pattern available on the BSE.
The stock has hit a new 52-week high of Rs 498.35 per share, after surging 13.5 per cent intraday on Wednesday, while it is trading over 10 per cent higher to Rs 484 per share on the BSE at around 10:33 am, as compared to 0.13 per cent rise in the BSE Sensex during same time.
The stock in the last 5 sessions have jumped around 25 per cent. While it grew nearly 200 per cent in the last one year on the BSE as compared to 24 per cent rise in the BSE Sensex.
The flagship manufacturing company of the Talbros Group — Talbros Automotive Components was established in the year 1956 to manufacture Automotive & Industrial Gaskets in collaboration with Coopers Payen of UK.
Bajaj Auto, Tata Cummins, Volvo Eicher India, Ashok Leyland, Escorts Group, Force Motors, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Hyundai, John Deere, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Suzuki, TAFE, Daimler India, Tata Motors, Simpsons, among others are marquee customers of the company.
Khanna in NCL Industries continue to hold around 1.7 per cent (784062 equity shares) in December quarter, as same as September quarter, as per the BSE shareholding pattern. The stock jumped over 3 per cent to Rs 229 per share on the BSE intraday on Wednesday.
