HUL Dividend 2022 Record Date, Payment Date, Share Price NSE, Target: Shares of Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) jumped Rs 12.30, or 0.50 per cent, to trade at Rs 2563 at National Stock Exchange (NSE) in the early trade on Tuesday. The surge in the scrip of HUL comes on a day when it is trading ex-dividend. Also, the surge in the counter is backed by strong performance registered by the company in second quarter results for the financial year 2023.

HUL Dividend 2022 Record Date

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has fixed November 2 as the record date. It is to be noted that the record date helps determine the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend. Only those investors who will have the shares in their Demat accounts on or before this date would be eligible for the dividend announced by the company. 

It is always advisable to make investment one or two days before the record date in order to be eligible to get the dividend.

HUL Dividend 2022 Payment Date

HUL plans to pay this dividend on or after November 17, 2022. "Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after 17th November, 2022," the company said in an exchange filing.

FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever gave a dividend of a whopping 3,400 per cent, aggregating to Rs 34 per equity share in the financial year 2022. 

HUL Q2 net profit 

HUL reported a 22.19 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 2,670 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, mainly helped by volume growth and market gains. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2,185 crore in the July-September quarter of the previous fiscal.

The total income increased 16.44 per cent during the quarter under review to Rs 15,253 crore. It was Rs 13,099 crore in the year-ago period, Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) said in a regulatory filing.

The 52-week high and low of the scrip are Rs 2,734 and Rs 1,901 respectively.
