Chennai power cut on July 19: Amid scorching summer, there will be many areas in Tamil Nadu's Chennai that will face power outage on Tuesday, July 19. Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced the areas in Chennai that will see power cuts on Tuesday.
The power supply will remain suspended between 9 am and 2pm due to some maintenance work at T Nagar, Tambaram, Adyar substations, alerted TANGEDCO. It also said supply will be resume before 2PM.
Below are the areas which will see power cut in Chennai on July 19, 2022
T Nagar: This will include Usman Road Bazzulla Road, Parthasarathi puram, Gandhi Street, Jawaharlal Nehru Street, Mambalam high road, Kodambakkam road, Railway Border Road and Station view road and other surrounding areas.
Adyar Area: Velachery Mahindra show room, Ratha flat, Prasanth Hospital, Velachery Main Road Kandchavai Cholamandalam, Pammal nall thambi, Udayam nagar, Thathai Periyar street, Muthumariamman koil street, Bharathi nagar and other nearby areas.
Tambaram Area: Perumbakkam Kailash nagar, Sri perumal nagar, Bajanai koil street, Nookampalayam main road.
Anna Nagara Area: R.V Nagar Gajapathy street, Devagiammal street, Iyyavoo street, Rejammal street, Chengalvarayan street, Kathiravan colony and above all surrounding areas.
Avadi Area: Thirumullaivoyal Kilkondaiyur, Arakkampakkam village, Thamaraipakkam village, Velachery village, Pudhukuppam area, Vanniyan chathiram, Redhills and above all surrounding areas.
