This is the first interim dividend that Can Fin Homes has announced to pay in the current financial year (2022-23).  In the current financial year, Can Fin Homes has paid dividend of Rs 1.50 in August.

Can Fin Homes has fixed the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving a dividend amount of Rs 1.50 dividend. As per the company, the record date for the purpose of payment of the dividend is December 9, 2022.

It means that Can Fin Homes will pay a Rs 1.50 dividend per share to shareholders who hold the company's stocks in his/her Demat account on the record date.

"The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited by December 26, 2022, Monday," the company said in its exchange filing.
