Dozens of companies’ shares witnessed a change of hands during Thursday’s session. In this regard, Onelife Cap Advisors see maximum buzz, as Naig Pandoo Prabhakar sold 11,00,404 equity shares in the company at Rs 18.97 per share on the NSE, as per the bulk deals data.

While individual investor Mahimtura Nishant Mitrasen sold 5,95,279 equity shares and Touchline Securities Private Limited bought 1,20,000 equity shares in Libas Consu Products Ltd at Rs43.9 and Rs 41.9 per share respectively on the NSE, the bulk deals data mentioned.

Similarly, other individual investors such as Piyushkumar Thumar sold 1,08,000 shares in Bright Solar Limited at Rs 5.21 per share; Veldi Varalakshmi sold 2,47,478 shares in Goldstone Tech Ltd at Rs 57.84 per share and Sumit Binani dumped 1,00,000 shares in Shah Alloys Limited at Rs 34.4 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data revealed on Thursday.

A deal where the total quantity of shares bought or sold is greater than 0.5 per cent of the share capital of the company is called a bulk deal. It can be transacted either through the normal trading window or through the block trading window.

The Indian markets, on the last day of the week, closed negative, as the Sensex slipped over 370 points, while Nifty closed below 17800-mark. The domestic markets on Friday (November 19) would be closed on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti. 

The decline was mainly led by metal, auto and IT stocks as each of the mentioned indices fell between 1-3 per cent at the close, followed by banking and financials along with pharma stocks.
