At least dozens of companies’ shares witnessed a change of hands during Thursday’s session. In this, Nupur Recyclers Limited stocks were traded most as at least four investors sold and three bought shares of the company at the price of Rs 74 per share on the NSE.

Anant Aggarwal, Manoj Agarwal, Rashmi Agarwal, Vinay Prakash each sold 1,14,000 equity shares, and SS Corporate Securities Limited sold 1,70,000 equity shares, while Manglam Financial Services and Prarambh Securities Pvt. Ltd each picked up 1,10,000 equity shares in the company on the NSE.

Investors Nikunj Kaushik Shah and Shethia Narendrakumar Velji (Huf) bought 1,11,000 and 1,80,000 shares at Rs 5.6 and Rs 5.99 per share in Bright Solar Limited on the NSE, as per the bulk deals data. 

Navin Murli Maheshwari bought 53,035 equity shares and Shraddha Shailesh Rathi sold 53,800 equity shares in Keerti Know & Skill Ltd at Rs 18.85 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data said. 

Individually, Algoquant Financials LLP bought 4,75,000 equity shares in Ansal Housing and Construction at Rs 10.28 per share; Lakshmi Guttikonda Vara bought 4,50,000 equity shares in Megasoft Limited at Rs 57.4 per share on the NSE, according to bulk deals data. 

While Ashika Credit Capital Limited sold 4,58,403 equity shares in Ackruti City Limited at Rs 55.8 per share; Nishil Surendra Marfatia sold 3,50,000 equity shares in Moksh Ornaments Limited at Rs 43.75 per share; Chetana Ashish Chaudhari sold 50,000 equity shares in Ortin Laboratories Ltd at Rs 30.35 per share on the NSE, as per the bulk deals data. 

A deal where the total quantity of shares bought or sold is greater than 0.5 per cent of the share capital of the company is called bulk deal. It can be transacted either through the normal trading window or through the block trading window.
